At just 19, he went on his first backpacking trip to South East Asia. Once there, he fell in love with travel and immediately connected with Thailand’s national sport of Muay Thai (Kickboxing). He has since returned to explore, train and compete in various Muay Thai camps around the country. This experience drew him to fitness, ultimately becoming a dedicated personal trainer, Muay Thai/boxing Instructor and strength & conditioning coach for high-performance youth athletes.
His approach to fitness is based on functionality – he helps his clients excel in their day-to-day lives, as well as achieve their lofty goals. He works a lot on increasing mobility, stability, strength, and speed.
In 2015, with the help and support of his family and friends, he started the Warriors for Change: a non-profit group raising funds and awareness for sustainable energy projects in Africa and the developing world.
