All of our instructors are Certified Personal Trainers, not just group fitness instructors. They will help you reach your goals all while teaching you how to move the way your body was designed to move.

For years I was accustomed to one style of training, which was strictly cardio. I was at a point in my life where I wanted change and decided to try a strength class. The class was small, which was ideal for me as I really felt I got a lot of attention and help with my form.

Gymbox isn’t like any gym I’ve ever gone to. The staff are SO friendly and helpful (and they remember your name even when you’re brand new). This gym is a community of people that fosters a sustainable lifestyle change, not just a place to lift weights. I’m so glad I found it.

I have been a member since June 2015 and I have gotta say, it has changed my life. Classes are
small so the trainers are always able to give one on one help. Sometimes you even get lucky and get a trainer all to yourself. I now know everyone at the gym and actually look forward to going.
